Once we have agreed on a concept and time-scale, I will tell you how much your commissioned piece will cost. If you are happy to proceed, we'll take it from there. Payment must be made in full before your commissioned artwork is delivered. In some circumstances, a deposit may be required prior to commencing the work.
I am happy to ship anywhere. There may be an additional cost for postage and packaging. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes in the destination country which will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you're not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please get in touch. I'm happy to accept returns within 30 days on stock items (excludes commissioned artwork), provided items are returned in good condition. Once I receive and check your returns, I will issue a refund of the purchase price. You will need to pay return postage.
At the moment I don't offer gift wrapping as an option as standard. If it's really important for your purchase to be gift wrapped, get in touch and I'll see what I can do!

My postcards are printed by a local printing company in Edinburgh called PrintVision. They offset carbon emissions with the Woodland Trust, creating new native woodland in the UK to remove carbon dioxide.
The postcards are printed on premium, high white, 350gsm card that is FSC certified.
I'm hoping to expand on this question in my blog but for now... Currently, for my custom illustrations and travel sketchbook, I typically use Micron fine-line pens (usually 0.1 and 0.5) and colour my drawings with Windsor&Newton watercolour paints and a water brush. For my handlettering I use a range of Tombow calligraphy pens. I use a variety of sketchbooks – different sizes, shapes and colours – so long as the paper is good quality.
